Hello, I’m Brianne.

I help deep thinkers and big feelers who feel lost and overwhelmed in the beautiful life they’ve built find their way back to who they truly are—so they can feel calm, connected, and centered again.

I believe we all have a deep desire for connection, meaning, and belonging. Many of my clients have learned to manage those longings by staying busy—achieving, perfecting, and putting others first as a way to keep deep emotions in check. Over time, that same drive that once helped them succeed starts to leave them feeling anxious, numb, and disconnected from themselves and the people they love.

Therapy with me is a place to set it all down. To stop performing and start listening—to yourself, your needs, your emotions. Together, we’ll gently untangle what’s been keeping you stuck and help you reconnect with the parts of you that already know how to feel, love, and belong.
